At Powerradiant, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our flower area services and products. This return policy explains our procedures for returns, warranties and complaint handling.
Scope
This return policy applies to all services and products delivered by Powerradiant, including plant packages, design advice and installation services.
Living Plants
Plants are living organisms and require special attention. We guarantee that all delivered plants are of good quality at the time of delivery.
Inspection upon Delivery
We ask you to inspect plants immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage or defects should be reported immediately to our delivery person or within 24 hours after delivery to our customer service.
Warranty Period Plants
We offer a warranty period of 14 days on all delivered plants, provided:
- The plants are planted according to our instructions
- Adequate maintenance has been performed as advised
- The damage is not the result of extreme weather conditions
- There is no neglect or incorrect care
Services
For our design advice and installation services, a different procedure applies than for physical products.
Right of Withdrawal Services
In accordance with the law, you as a consumer have 14 days reflection period from the moment of closing the agreement. If the service has already started within this period with your explicit consent, the right of withdrawal expires.
Dissatisfaction with Services
If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 7 days after completion. We will make an appointment to assess the situation and take corrective measures where necessary.
Return Procedure
To submit a return or complaint, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service by phone or email
- Provide your order number and a clear description of the problem
- Add photos of the problem if possible
- Wait for our confirmation and further instructions
Assessment and Solution
Upon receipt of your return request or complaint, we will:
- Confirm your request within 2 business days
- If necessary, schedule a site visit for assessment
- Propose a solution within 7 business days
- Execute the agreed solution as soon as possible
Possible Solutions
Depending on the situation, we can offer the following solutions:
- Replacement of plants that do not meet quality requirements
- Repair of work that was not performed satisfactorily
- Partial or full refund in exceptional cases
- Additional advice or support with maintenance
Exclusions
Our return policy and warranty do not apply in the following cases:
- Damage caused by extreme weather conditions such as frost, hail or storm
- Neglect or incorrect care by the customer
- Damage by animals, pests or diseases that could not be prevented
- Changes or adjustments by third parties without our permission
- Normal wear or natural variation in plant growth
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Any shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error by Powerradiant or a defective product, we bear the costs. In other cases, return costs are at the customer's expense.
Maintenance Tips
To prevent problems and achieve optimal results, we advise:
- Follow the included care instructions carefully
- Ensure adequate water and food supply
- Protect young plants from extreme weather conditions
- Contact us for advice if in doubt
Dispute Resolution
If we cannot resolve it together, you can file a complaint with the Disputes Committee. We always strive to reach an amicable solution.
